Some models are specially designed to cook the pies about 1 in each five mins for optimum production. But these conveyor ovens may not serve you well if you are planning on serving other baked goodies like pasta, meat dishes, vegetable dishes and pastries.
2. How much space are you willing to dedicate to the oven in your kitchen?
Space is a genuine issue here. For one thing, this piece of cooking equipment is going to be in a nearly steady scorching temperature during the entire operational day. In very confined spaces, this could translate to a safety danger. You may want to take careful account of your available floor space, the approximate radiated heat potential ( at the front and back of the oven,) and the space relative the remainder of the counters, gadgetry and cooking equipment you have.

Conveyor Ovens "middleby marshall pizza oven"?
I was just wondering how much would it be to fully clean out the fingers and the tray of a middleby marshall pizza oven. Aka a Conveyor Oven? one almost like so : http://www.amsenterprises.com/mm360wb.jpg.
I spent 8 years managing a pizza restaurant when I was younger. We just followed the manual the first time and it took 2 or 3 of us probably 4 hrs to clean 2 ovens. After we did it a few times, 2 of us could clean 2 ovens in about 2 hours. Completely dissassembled cleaned and put back togetther. One trick we learned about the fingers was to leave them soak in degreaser while we were cleaning the oven, and then our delivery driver (he had a pick-up truck) would take them around the corner to the car wash and give them a GOOD spray down. It was the middle of the night so the car wash wasn't busy, It is not hard to do yourself, as we were all just dumb kids in our teens and twenties. I'm sure it would be extremely expensive to hire an outside professional cleaning service to do this for you. We used to clean our ovens once a month. So I would just get a couple of people used to cleaning them.
